EMPLOYABILITY &
RE-TRAINING LOCAL TALENT PROGRAMME (ERT)

Introduction

Developed in collaboration with industry players, MARii’s Employability and Re-Training Local Talent Program (ERT) is designed to produce highly-competent operators and technicians in the manufacturing sector.  The program sets out to overcome unemployment, especially amongst youths, and to provide them with the industry-desired skill sets that would secure them employment.

The program is open to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 30, who possess a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or SIjil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate, and Diploma from any local training institution.

Structured over 15 days, it includes 7 days of online training and digital classrooms before requiring candidates to undergo 8 days of technical and industry training with companies that are on board with the program as partners.
