Workshop Transformation Program

Introduction

The Workshop Transformation Program (WTP) aims to enhance the capability and competency of workshop owners and entrepreneurs in their business ventures. The program enhances the business skills and technical practices of practitioners of automotive maintenance and repair services, and to modernize and transform the aftermarket sector; which currently is scattered and unorganized.

Participants of BWTP will be trained in fundamentals of entrepreneurship, and are exposed to techniques in stabilizing their business through five key aspects as illustrated below. These five fundamental aspects are presented to participants through a ‘1-to-1 Intensive Coaching Session’.
