Cash Flow Analysis (CFA) will be focusing in establishing a foundation for the continuous improvement as well as to transform participant mind-set to trigger a continuous improvement culture in their factory through cost reduction activity.
VALUE ANALYSIS & VALUE ENGINEERING
Improving processes / products / services and functions against its cost with the concept of VA/VE. A project that involved product / process worthiness based on customer’s requirements with cost reduction mind.
