NO-GIFT POLICY

MARii is committed to conducting our business with the highest integrity standard and upholding Anti-Corruption Principles in Malaysia in promoting integrity, good governance, and transparency in all aspects of its operation.
In line with the commitment to conduct business free from any corruption offense under any law such as the MACC Act 2009 and Penal Code, we practice a “No Gift Policy” whereby, subject to certain narrow exceptions, MARii employees, family members, or agents acting for or on behalf of MARii employees or their family members are prohibited from, directly or indirectly, receiving or providing gifts.

MARii requires employees to abide by this policy to avoid conflict of interest or the appearance of conflict of interest for either party in on-going or potential business dealings between MARii and external parties as a gift can be seen as a bribe that may tarnish MARii’s reputation or be in violation of anti-bribery and corruption laws.

MARii will provide written reply within 3 working days upon receiving the enquiries or complaints.

Maintain a user-friendly website and other communication channels to improve access to information and services.

Ensure equal access for services for all clients, regardless of size or type of business.

To confirm the participation of our valued clients in programs/projects organized by MARii not later than 2 workings days before the programs/projects starts.

05

To complete programs/projects within the time frame agreed upon by our valued clients.

Ensure transparent and fair decision-making processes in the administration of government policies and regulations.

07

To enhance clients satisfaction and building strong cilents relationship.

08

Continuously improve the MARii’s services through feedback from clients and stakeholders.
