Understand the fundamentals of Risk Management, a systematic core built-in function in all types of organizations. Provides you with a general overview of all main aspects of Risk Management starting from the definition of the term and going through the building blocks of the total integrated Risk Management model.
CASHFLOW FORECAST & ANALYSIS
Cash Flow Analysis (CFA) will focus on establishing a foundation for continuous improvement, as well as transforming participants’ mindsets to trigger a continuous improvement culture in their factory through cost reduction activities.
VALUE ANALYSIS VALUE ENGINEERING
Improving processes, products, services, and functions against their cost with the concept of VA/VE involves assessing product/process worthiness based on customer requirements, with a focus on cost reduction.
